J. Lee & Associates specializes in the practice of business immigration
law and is committed to providing timely, responsive and quality business
immigration case processing and counseling services to corporate, as
well as individual clients. Our philosophy is to provide personalized
immigration services to both individuals and corporate clients with competitive
fees and high levels of customer service. We strive to provide personal
attention to each case so that our clients never feel that they are no

Mr. Lee has extensive business immigration law experience. He has worked
as an Attorney with well-established business immigration law firms in
the San Francisco Bay area and has provided services to Fortune 500 companies
in the high technology arena (software, hardware, consulting) and other
areas of the economy - retail, transportation, financial services, as
well as to start ups and individuals.
Mr. Lee graduated from the George Washington University Law School and
obtained a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York, at Oneonta. He is a member of the of the American Immigration
Lawyers Association and was formerly associated with the immigration
law firms of: Jackson & Hertogs, L.L.P., and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen
& Loewy, P.C. Prior to working in the field of immigration law, Mr.
Lee worked for a Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in federal regulatory
practice and appellate litigation in areas of communications, energy
and transportation.
From his past associations, he has obtained exposure to and surmounted
challenges related to unique and novel immigration problems and issues
on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Present clients include
companies in the high technology industry, as well as in financial services.
